As the Officer of Deceased Estates, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Business Support and Recoveries teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:

 

Providing comprehensive administrative support and file management for the Business Support and Recoveries teams. This includes managing vendor relationships and collaborating effectively with our outsource partners to ensure smooth operations.Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to collections and recovery efforts. You will be responsible for analysing financial data and providing insights to improve our processes.Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal requirements in all aspects of deceased estate management. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in handling deceased estates.
