What You'll Do
The Office Operations Specialist ensures the smooth operation and support of the BCG Korea office. This role covers various responsibilities in Information management, travel related parts, corporate services, workplace safety, events coordination, and sustainability reporting etc. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proficient in Excel, and fluent in English, with experience in office renovation or facility operations being a plus.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Entity/Employee service
Information Management
Serve a role as an Information Excellence Guardians Follow up for whole life cycle from case open to end. (Missing Case folder open, Inactive case, Reminder for Archiving process & Local clean-up process for overdue cases) Deliver training to new PMs for Information Management Join Quarterly INFOex Round table
Employees Business Travel support
Join monthly AP Travel call – SEA/JP/KR/IN Travel report review & Alert notification communication Annual Global Hotel Program – solicitation List (Once a year) Local Hotel communications Track outbound/Inbound travelers Support travel related documents (Issue business travel certificate, etc.) Inbound travelers’ Visa Support: Support to inbound staff to S. Korea Travel order, Invitation letter, obtaining a copy of the authentication certificate Office Leader's seal impression, a certified copy of the register BCG Seoul) Monthly B.T.A. payment process for all employees’ air fares and visa fee
Corporate Card mgmt.
Issue & cancel corporate credit card for new hire, management of credit ceilings Manage and resolve issues related to corporate credit cards under both company and individual names Manage temporary suspension and reactivation of corporate credit cards for employees on LOA, Flex Leave.

Management of BCG Seoul office page Upload / Management of BCG Seoul office news to BCG Seoul intranet Legal entity Documentations preparation Handle renewal and ongoing management of building insurance policies Preparation of company sponsored documents

Native Korean speaker 5 + years working experience Strong sense of ownership and responsibility in office operations Must have advanced level in English Proficiency in computer (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel plus photoshop and making a Video clip as needed) Ability to manage Capex and space strategy with potential to take ownership (Experience in office renovation or facility project coordination is a plus) Highly organized and plan-oriented, with excellent time management and scheduling skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities Strong communication skills; team-orientedBoston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
