We currently have a need foraCVG OCNT Group Supervisor at our CVG Hub in Erlanger, Kentucky. This role will primarily be responsible for supporting the OCNT Group using advanced levels of containerization, checkpoints and reporting.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n\nLeading and providing support to the OCNT Group Agents.\nEnsures training of each agent meets department standards.\nAnalyze and provide progress of departmental tasks.\nProvides in-depth containerization support for the Hub.\nProduces accurate reporting for the operations team.\nSupports the field for data and containerization.\nUnderstanding of transit performance and checkpoint flows.\nProvides accurate outbound manifesting of express shipments departing the Hub.\nProvide accurate checkpoints on shipments transiting CVG.\n

Skills & Qualifications:

\n\n3 years’ experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse or industry related field preferred.\nPrevious operations experience.\nExperience with OCNT manifesting procedures, DCVS, SHERLOC, ECIS, NMIV.\nAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced express environment.\nAbility to lead multiple employees.\nStrong PC Skills with data entry background.\nAdvanced Level Skills in MS Word and Excel.\nStrong communication (oral and written) skills.\nAbility to make decisions quickly.\nFlexible shift schedule and availability for weekend shifts.\n\n
