Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Global Credit Control and Validation Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for the global oversight, validation, and management of SLA credit requests and contractual credit processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and a solid understanding of credit management in a global business environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Global Credit Validation:
Validate and ensure the accuracy of SLA credit requests and contractual credit claims, verifying compliance with established guidelines and policies.
Assess the validity of credit requests in accordance with contractual agreements and service level agreements (SLAs). Credit Monitoring:
Continuously monitor and track credit requests to ensure timely processing and alignment with company goals.
Follow up on any discrepancies or issues to ensure resolution is achieved promptly. Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all credit requests and related documentation.
Prepare and submit regular reports on credit status, trends, and potential risks to relevant stakeholders. Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Finance and Legal to gather necessary information and resolve any issues related to credit requests.
  Policy Compliance:
Ensure all credit requests and validations are in compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
Recommend process improvements and assist in the implementation of best practices for credit management. Training and Knowledge Sharing:
Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding credit policies and processes.
Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for employees involved in the credit request process.

Required Experience and Skills:

Educational Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Credit Management or Finance (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus. Professional Experience:
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in SAP. Having similar experience in other companies will be considered in the same way. Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Key Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex credit scenarios.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Language Skills:
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
