Your main tasks Managing electronic payments, posting incoming payments accurately and recognizing differences Handling outstanding unallocated payments and assigning disputes Contacting customers to obtain missing documentation and supporting resolution of queries Processing offsets and write-offs as requested by Credit & Collection teams or BUs Managing generic mailboxes and customer portals Supporting the migration of cash application processes from European countries to Krakow Preparing Bad Debt reserve calculation per corporate policy Executing O2C reporting and KPI measurements periodically or upon request Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the O2C function, ensuring compliance with policies and proceduresYour ideal background Preferred undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration Up to 1 year of relevant experience, ideally within the Diversified Industrial Products/Manufacturing sector Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in English (B2 or higher); knowledge of additional European languages is a plus
