Job Description独立承接应用，平台或研究型项目，并与团队合作，包括测试规范的定义，测试规范的澄清，测试方法的开发, 领导测试设备开发以及实验室场地规划布局； 可以独立处理业务领域内的问题解决与失效分析，并可以给予其他同事相关的技术和方法论指导； 对测试结果的可靠性进行全面的正确的核算评价，并可以针对不符合项进行有效的优化改进;通过优化流程体系和测试技术进行持续的质量效率改进；负责数据分析，识别问题和跟踪, 支持产品开发时间缩短；实验室和设备管理

Qualifications本科及以上学历，工科专业3-年以上NVH测试经验，有机械或汽车行业从业经历具备一定的实验室管理流程经验熟练掌握办公软件，熟练掌握英文的读写以及口语交流。
