As a Network Services Platform (NSP) Automation Solution Architect at Nokia, you will play a critical role in delivering automation solutions that meet our customers' specific needs in mobile, fixed, and cloud networks. You have:
Strong technical, interpersonal, and communication skills.Experience conducting customer needs and requirements gathering workshops.Comprehensive understanding of IP/Optical networking, OSS, and SDN technologies.Ability to transform customer needs into solution offerings and software specifications.It would be nice if you also had:
Knowledge of customer needs analysis frameworks like “Jobs-To-Be-Done”.Nokia Service Router Certification Level II+ or Cisco CCNA.Familiarity with the telecommunications market and network operations.Software development experience in an agile environment.Engage with cross-functional teams and customers to define project goals and scope through needs analysis workshops.Document and communicate project requirements to ensure alignment between customers and internal teams.Design and validate automation solutions based on the NSP Automation framework and address technical specifications.Conduct hands-on validation of solutions in lab environments, ensuring practical implementation and usability.Collaborate with product teams to stay informed about product roadmaps and suggest enhancements for existing and new features.Lead discussions on technical and business insights related to IP/Optical networking and automation solutions.Support sales and account teams in drafting statements of work and solution proposals to meet customer needs.Serve as a liaison for cross-business unit projects, maintaining project scope, and ensuring successful solution delivery.
