Come join our team in the role of North America CRM Leader. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive CRM strategy that aligns with the goals of the Seeds, Crop Protection, and Biologicals businesses. This leader will enhance both employee and customer experiences through effective CRM practices. They will lead a team of CRM Product Owners and Sales Effectiveness Specialists, fostering collaboration and innovation while providing mentorship and professional development opportunities. Additionally, the CRM Leader will oversee budget allocation and expenditures, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize ROI, and will collaborate with finance teams to track and report on budget performance.
In this role, the CRM Leader will work closely with marketing and sales leaders to align CRM strategies with business objectives and partner with Commercial Operations and Enterprise IT to integrate CRM systems and processes. They will facilitate communication and coordination across various business units. Furthermore, the CRM Leader will set and monitor CRM performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and regularly report on CRM performance to senior leadership.
What You'll Do:
Unified CRM Vision - Maintain a cohesive CRM strategy for North America that aligns with the objectives of the Seeds, Crop Protection, and Biologicals businesses while enhancing both employee and customer experiences through effective CRM practices.Team Leadership - Lead a team of CRM Product Owners and Sales Effectiveness Specialists by fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, while providing mentorship and opportunities for professional development.Budget Management - Oversee CRM budget allocation and expenditures, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize ROI, and collaborate with finance teams to track and report on budget performance.Cross-functional Collaboration - Collaborate with marketing and sales leaders,Commercial Operations, and Enterprise IT to align CRM strategies with business objectives, integrate systems and processes, and ensure seamless communication and coordination across business units.Performance Monitoring and Improvement - Set and monitor CRM performance metrics, proactively identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and regularly report progress to senior leadership.What You'll Need:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Experience in agriculture is preferred.Experience: 7+ years of managing commercial systems with a focus on sales and marketing enablement using a product methodology. Experience with Salesforce, SAP, marketing automation tools, and outsourced product development models. Preferred experience with Master Data Management and/or data strategy enablement.Leadership: Demonstrated strong leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully leading teams, making project decisions, and ensuring timely system development.Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively managing stakeholder relationships.Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement long- term plans.Technical Proficiency: Skilled in standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, etc.); experience leveraging generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to enhance productivity and decision-making is a plus.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on continuous improvement.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with ag industry standards and regulations related to commercial systems.Location: Based in either Indianapolis, Indiana or Johnston, Iowa.
