What You'll Do

Are you a creative doer and maker, who loves crafting digital content from idea to execution? We are now looking for a hands-on Content Sr. Specialist to join our Nordic marketing team for a 12-month parental cover. If storytelling and impactful content creation within a global organization motivates you, we look forward to hearing from you!

Your main responsibilities will include:

Lead end-to-end content creation, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.Craft visual and written communication tailored specifically to diverse audiences across social media and digital channels, aligned with our brand identity across the Nordics.Bring our expert thinking and analysis to life, develop recruitment campaigns. and create employer branding concepts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectivesCreate content that works - whether copy, visuals or short videos - always tailored to the right audience and platform.Simplify complex information into clear, memorable stories presented in a structured, high-quality way.Build strong relationships, work effectively both independently and in cross-functional teams, while meeting deadlines without sacrificing creativity or details.Confidently handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapting to shifting priorities.

This is a creative role within a highly structured environment. You will have lots of ownership and room to create, but also need to manage your own projects, often working across teams and stakeholders.



What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Journalism, or related fields.Minimum 5 years experience focused on content creation in marketing or communications roles, preferably in a cross market role within agency, consultancy, or corporate environments.Experienced user of professional design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) and project management tools (e.g. Trello)Proven track record in creating effective digital content and campaigns, using analytics to measure, optimize, and drive high engagement and impact.

Who You'll Work With

You’ll join BCG’s Nordic marketing team, responsible for enhancing and protecting the firm’s reputation as a global thought leader. Our primary focus includes strengthening BCG’s brand, advancing key business priorities, and strategically engaging our audiences. We utilize tools such as global thought-leadership publications, public relations initiatives, alumni engagement, recruitment marketing, and social media.

As part of the Content & Campaign function, you’ll play a central role in how we use storytelling to raise awareness and inspire action around some of the world’s most complex challenges.
