Title / Designation: Nintex Workflow Automation Developer Location: India Work Mode: Remote

 

Role & responsibilities:

 

Design, develop, and implement robust workflow automation solutions using the Nintex platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities. Build and configure Nintex workflows, forms, and mobile solutions to streamline processes. Integrate Nintex solutions with SharePoint, Office 365, and other systems. Optimize performance and troubleshoot workflow issues. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Stay updated with Nintex platform enhancements and best practices. Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement efforts.

 

Candidate requirements:

 

8+ years of IT development experience with 2–3 years of hands-on Nintex development. Strong knowledge of Nintex Workflow, Forms, and Mobile capabilities. Experience in SharePoint (on-premises or online) and Office 365 integration. Ability to design and implement complex workflow automation solutions. Understanding of process automation principles and methodologies. Programming experience (JavaScript, C#, PowerShell) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Nintex certifications are highly desirable.
