DescriptionThe Night Manager is responsible for leading and managing all sections of the Hotel during the night in order to ensure the highest level of Security, standards of service in accordance with the policies, procedures and Kempinski Standards.
They are responsible for the smooth running of the hotel operations during the night.\n

Key ResponsibilitiesThe job of the Night Manager is executed satisfactorily when:\nSecurity and comfort of guests is ensured at all times.\nRevenues, Expenses and Profit are closely monitored and budgeted figures (over)-achieved.\nDay end closing is done properly.\nFinancial Policies and Procedures are supported and followed.\nLQA (Leading Quality Assurance) audit results are 85% and above.\nCSS (Customer Satisfaction Survey) results are rated on an average with “5” and above.\n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nEducation: Hospitality Management Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any related field such as Administration or Tourism Management
\n\nExperience: \n3 years experience in a Front Office supervisory level position\nFinancial and Accounting knowledge\npreferably in a five star international hotel\n\nLanguage: Local language – excellent oral and written skills (as applicable) English – good oral and written skills
