Sarena de Muro Resort Mallorca - Destination by Hyatt is seeking a dynamic Night Auditor who will be responsible for the preparation and disposition of all night audit work as well as all Front Desk duties during the overnight shift. This will include cash control, preparing and balancing various reports, responding to guest service issues, check-in and check-out process. Balancing the accounts from the day shift.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the night audit process, including balancing financial transactions and generating reports.

· Ensure all financials records are accurate and up-to-date.

· Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by providing professional and courteous service.

· Handle guest complaints, requests, and emergencies efficiently.

· Oversee the check-in and check-out process for late arrivals and early departures.

· Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by providing professional and courteous service.
