Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. **Job Purpose** To manage the recruitment of frontline sales force, induction, development & training of the field sales officers and other branch resources and the training of third party sales force so as to ensure optimal manning and to enhance the capability of the sales team. **Key Accountabilities** **Manpower Planning & Deployment** + Work with the Customer Development Team Leaders to manage manpower planning & deployment at the branch level and ensure optimal manning of zones/positions + Draft a manning plan for Manpower annually + Plan movements within the branches and outside to ensure that Hi-Pos are continuously engaged **Recruitment & Selection** + Coordinate with CBS to facilitate external hiring processes + Build pipeline for high turnover areas + Campus hiring process of CD Interns + Design and roll out induction plan for new CDOs and CD Interns **Capability Development** + Finalize training needs annually and coordinate with CBS to roll out training programs + Competency assessment based on Leadership & functional competency framework + IDP and PP Grid to be actioned + Partner with CD team to build capability for field force team members **Third Party Resource Management** + Work with 3P workforce agency to ensure timely and smooth deployment of field force as per organizational needs + Ensure 100% statutory compliance by 3P vendor with support from external consultant + Co-ordinate the deployment of third party sales force along with Area Managers and manage their payment and related processes **HR Analytics** + Sales Incentive: Track quarterly incentive pay-outs and study trends for necessary interventions + Attrition & Exit feedback **Employee Engagement** + Review Colgate Connect survey results and facilitate FGDs to support managers build action plans + Drive Engagement initiatives at branch **Experience & Qualifications** + Relevant Degree of Bachelors or Masters in HRM or any related fields + Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource Generalist or Specialist roles + Prior Sales HR or Business HR experience will be preferred **\#CPIL** **\#LI-AP1** **Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion** Achieving our purpose starts with our people — ensuring our workforce represents the people and communities we serve —and creating an environment where our people feel they belong; where we can be our authentic selves, feel treated with respect and have the support of leadership to impact the business in a meaningful way. **Equal Opportunity Employer** Colgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.
