Network & Performance Engineering department creates unique connection between telco domain know-how, wide range of well-designed tools and data science capabilities. Our main target is to provide in-depth technical expertise for Radio and Cloud products with focus on 5G solutions and its performance aspects.

You have:

Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Software Technology or an equivalent education 2+ years of professional experience in the Telco-IT domainUnderstanding of mobile telecommunications networks, incl. network architecture, protocols, and performance aspects Fluent communication in English (both written and spoken)

 

It would be nice if you also had:

 4+ years of professional experience in Telco-IT domainHigh motivation to expand the knowledgePerfect presentation and teamwork skillsWorking knowledge of 5G radio network planning and optimization principles are perceived as an additional benefit.

Boost your telecommunication competencies in 5G and its Evolutions Maintain 5G BTS test lines from the most recent SW version and required configuration aspectsContribute to technical deep-dives from configuration and performance aspects of new functionalitiesLearn how to properly configure (set the right parameter values) of 5G BTS and conduct analysis of customer network configuration settings\Build your networking by contributing to projects that improve the worldwide customer experienceHave a possibility to play with rich & in-house made telco tooling ecosystem
