About this opportunity:

We're seeking a skilled 3G/4G/5G Nokia RAN Specialist to enhance the network performance. You'll focus on RF optimization and troubleshooting as part of our network improvement efforts

 

What you will do:

Conduct RAN audits and optimize 3G/4G/5G technologies to improve network services like Voice, MBB/eMBB, VoLTE/VoNR, IoT, etc.Analyze network coverage, interference, capacity, and quality, proposing solutions for indoor and outdoor issuesTroubleshoot RAN/RF call flow issues and collaborate with other teams (Core, Transport) and vendors.Test and implement advanced features.Monitor network performance and implement changes in hardware and software functions.Address VIP complaints and analyze VIP routes as required.Analyze drive test data and provide improvement recommendations.Improve service delivery processes and contribute to innovations.Share knowledge and document customer requirements.Create reports, presentations, and recommendations for ongoing network enhancement.

 

The skills you bring:

Extensive 5G RF optimization hands-on experience with Nokia RAN solutions in live environments.Proven track record in network optimization and troubleshooting.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and with global teams.Experience with Nokia optimization tools like NetAct, ENM, EdenNet.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (IT, Telecom) or a related field.Basic computer skills (hardware/software, security, etc.).Teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.Experience using network performance analysis tools.Proficiency in English.Understanding of cellular network architecture, standards, interfaces, and QoS.Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude.Creative and innovative mindset.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

Knowledge of SQL Server/MySQL, R, BI, VBA, Excel.Scripting and automation skills (Python, SQL)Familiarity with Ericsson RAN equipment for network optimization services is a plus
