The Opportunity:  We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Capacity Management Quality Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing our program's capacity management processes to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Assist the lead in providing network capacity quality assurance Analyze capacity data and metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvementDevelop and maintain capacity models and forecasts for network servicesConduct regular quality audits of capacity management processes and reportsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement capacity optimization strategiesCreate and present capacity management reports to the lead and Program ManagerIdentify and recommend tools and technologies to enhance capacity management capabilitiesEnsure compliance with requirements, industry standards and best practices in capacity managementParticipate in capacity planning meetings and provide expert insightsProvide data-driven insights and recommendations to the Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) team to enhance overall network quality and performance 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience 5+ years of related work experienceTS/SCI with Poly requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)Familiarity with ITIL framework and capacity management best practicesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team

Desired:

Experience with capacity management tools and software (e.g., BMC TrueSight, CA Capacity Management) is a plusExperience developing ServiceNow dashboards reporting and analysis

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,700 - $165,300
