The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Availability Quality Analyst to assist the lead in ensuring the reliability, performance, and availability of our network infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing quality assurance processes, monitoring network performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Assist the lead in providing network availability quality assuranceDevelop and maintain network availability and performance metrics in accordance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance PlanRaises issues, questions and concerns; Validates results, reports discrepancies, and follows through to ensure that all issues are resolvedDesign and implement quality assurance processes for network operationsMonitor and analyze network performance data to identify trends and potential issuesConduct regular audits of the availability management system to ensure compliance with customer’s policies, procedures, governance and ITIL guidelinesCollaborate with network operations, engineering, and support teams to implement improvementsDevelop and maintain documentation for network quality processes and proceduresCreate and present regular reports on network availability and quality metrics to stakeholdersIdentify and implement best practices for network availability and resilienceParticipate in capacity planning and network expansion projectsProvide data-driven insights and recommendations to the Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) team to enhance overall network quality and performance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience5+ years of related work experienceUnderstanding of network protocols, architectures, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, MPLS, SDN)Good working knowledge of the Service Management workflows and ITSM processesITIL V3 or 4 certification and training Experience with network monitoring and performance management toolsProficiency in data analysis and statistical methodsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentTS/SCI with Poly required

Desired:

Experience in a leadership or mentoring roleWorking knowledge with ServiceNowAdvanced ITIL certifications or trainingKnowledge of machine learning and AI applications in network management

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,700 - $165,300
