Lead and manage a team of Machine Learning, Data & Analytics, Supply Chain Designing scientists and engineers

Engage other Supply chain functions to the Digital, Productivity and Innovation mindset.Lead and manage a team of Machine Learning, Data & Analytics, Supply Chain Designing scientists and engineers.Lead the development and implementation of Data & Analytics, Machine Learning, Supply Chain Automation.Manage the D&A Project Pipeline to leverage and maximize the use of resources, among individual use cases, projects and programs.Champion the development of distinctive D&A delivery models, fostering the deployment of the required tools and capabilities.Guide the team to architect an entire AI Engineering platform that allows for deployment and scalability of machine learning models.Develop the required tools and process to establish and manage a robust D&A backlog/Pipeline.Designing machine learning systems and deploying them for Production & Supply areas.Guarantee resources are leveraged, and synergies are captured among use cases, no matter funding provenance.Running tests on machine learning models to determine accuracy and documenting the results.Develop automation and technology tools to improve data visibility and operational efficiency.For selected, key D&A use cases act as a bridge/ catalyst/ expert enabler between the business function and the IT D&A delivery team.

Qualifications

Critical knowledge

Bachelor’s Degree PreferredExcellent leadership, project management and communication skillsStrong Agronomic and pest management skillsKnowledge of seed production terminology and practicesStrong computer skills and ability to work in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word

Critical experience

Minimum 5 years in seed production/planning experience – preferred not requiredExperience with working in a cross-functional teamDemonstrated success of leading a teamExperience with working in a high stress environment
