Overview: We are seeking a technical leader who is capable of motivating and leading technical specialist who specialises in MySQL with the ability to manage Sales and/or Solutions Engineering teams,  With a passion for collaboration, expert problem-solving and value articulation, to join our EMEA Technology Pre sales team.

 Required Skills/Experience

What You’ll Bring:

5+ years of Solution Engineering experience with a Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience in developing individuals with both technical and soft skills  A strong level of accountability and governance ensuring excellence in customer experience.  Ability to engage with Customers and Internal Stakeholders to have strategic conversations around Enterprise Database architectures, particularly in trusted advisor roles with C-level executives in relation to IT services articulating service and technology solutions in terms of business value and risk. Experience with MySQL or other databases offering. General understanding of the Open Source community General knowledge of competitor Offerings Knowledge of industry trends and standards being adopted.  Proven ability to quickly learn new technical domains.
