What You'll Do
You will shape compelling multimedia storytelling experiences for our global learners. Working closely with diverse stakeholders, you'll be a part of projects from initial concept discussions through production, managing external vendors, coordinating recording sessions, and ensuring timely delivery. Your creativity and technical expertise will drive the development of impactful video, audio, and interactive projects, enhancing learning experiences across our global organization.
Here's what an ordinary day might look like: you’ll start by brainstorming story ideas with stakeholders, then coordinate recording logistics for an upcoming project. In the afternoon, you’ll manage a session with a production vendor to guide content creation, followed by reviewing and editing scripts to align with learning objectives and storytelling best practices.
Your key responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conceptualize, plan, and deliver multimedia storytelling projects, including video, audio, and interactive content.Manage vendor relationships, ensuring clear communication, adherence to timelines, and high-quality output.Facilitate and direct video and audio recording sessions, guiding participants to deliver engaging content.Develop compelling copy, scripts, and storyboards tailored to learning objectives.Lead the editing review process, providing precise, actionable feedback to vendors to achieve desired storytelling outcomes.Maintain and manage detailed project timelines and deliverables, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.You're good at:
Creative storytelling with a keen eye for detail and narrative flow.Communicating effectively with diverse teams, including stakeholders and external vendors.Managing complex projects and prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines.Adapting quickly to evolving project requirements and challenges.Delivering high-quality multimedia content with an emphasis on learner engagement.What You'll Bring
5+ years of professional experience producing multimedia content.Proven ability to coordinate end-to-end multimedia projects, including conceptualization, scripting, recording, and editing.Proficiency in writing engaging, clear, and concise scripts and copy.Strong vendor management experience with the ability to direct and collaborate effectively.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Technical expertise in multimedia production processes, tools, and software.Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Who You'll Work With
