Responsibilities：

▪ Responsible for the selection, overall layout, and detailed structural design of drive system motor
▪ Responsible for resolving quality issues during product trial production, validation,production, and other stages
▪ Responsible for organizing and compiling product technical data, design specifications, technical standards, and other documents
▪ Responsible for understanding the Technology roadmap and development trend of domestic and international motor products, and conducting preliminary technical research and reserve

Qualifications：
▪ Proficient in the development process of motor products, proficient in the design requirements and matching selection principles of various internal components of the motor
▪ Proficient in applying 2D and 3D design software such as CAD and CATIA
▪ Stable personality, clear thinking, serious and pragmatic work, strong execution ability
▪ Experience in developing oil cooling motor products is preferred
