Mobility Specialist – APMEA is responsible for managing and supporting the global mobility processes within the Kerry Group. This role involves coordinating relocation efforts, managing assignment documentation, and ensuring compliance with global mobility policies. The specialist will work closely with various stakeholders, including HR teams, payroll teams, and third-party service providers, to provide a seamless mobility experience for employees.

 

Key responsibilities

 

Relocation Coordination: Assist in the coordination of relocation efforts between various stakeholders and third-party service providers. Assignment Documentation: Prepare assignment documentation and manage instructions to payrolls and shadow payrolls. Compensation Management: Advise and interact with payroll teams globally in the implementation of assignee compensation and analysis of monthly reports. Annual Pay Review: Assist with the annual pay review process for assignees, including preparation, planning, and communication. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with global mobility colleagues, HR teams, and other parties to ensure effective management of the assignment population. Policy Advising: Advise internal stakeholders on Global Mobility policies and compliance topics. Vendor Management: Support the management of third-party service providers (Immigration, Relocation, Tax and Insurance). Training and Education: Support the provision of training and education to HR and the Business on all aspects of Global Mobility, including policies and systems. Purchase Orders: Assist with the analysis, approval, and processing of all Global Mobility vendor purchase orders ensuring adequate supporting information

 

 

Qualifications and skills

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, business administration, finance, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of related and proven experience in a similar role within a global organization. In depth knowledge of global mobility processes and administration. Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously.
