JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of this role is to drive operational efficiency and business growth by optimizing stock allocation, minimizing waste, and resolving supply-related issues. By aligning policies with business goals and leveraging AATP technology, this role ensures seamless operations, enhances product availability, and supports strategic decision-making.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:

Aligns stock allocation policies with CSP to ensure reservations & prioritizations are automatically processed Performs business rule changes in the day to day running of AATP and steers stock allocation specialist with business direction. Feedback to Market Demand Manager on (major) risks & opportunitiesCoordination of (smaller) crisis – Product availability, Quality issues, microbiological issues, etc.Analyzes Business Waste Report and triggers action of disposal or offering to Customers & Traders by CBD.Drive periodically & per demand Business Rules setting in AATP including Customer prioritization list in AATP by defining it together with CSP & CBDOwns service risk identification and mitigation with CSP/CBD. Supply constraint resolution predominantly driven by Market Supply Planner & BU Planning ManagerReason coding of service losses & lack of stock availability. Monitor & action waste prevention of Finished GoodsAATP (technology) business rules setting Make sure advanced stock management process is compliance with guardrails

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in logistics or finance, accounting, marketingProven experience in a similar roleFluency in EnglishProficiency in using the MS Office suite
