What You'll Do

The Tender Services team provides administrative support to the Middle East leadership team through a variety of tasks related to the tenders received & submitted to our clients to ensure efficient operations.
 
As Tender Services Junior Specialist, you are responsible for managing communication in relation to leads & RFPs through the MEProposals shared mailbox through Front. Leads management duties include but are not limited to adding new leads onto Wrike & other trackers we have in place, sharing the leads with the respective group of MDPs, processing tender fees when needed, liaising with translation team to translate RFP Scope of Work as needed & maintain clear & open communication with the extended leads teams, Proposal Management Team and various other internal departments across BCG. This will entail monitoring that all processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner with the department’s service levels as well as confirming adherence to our internal BCG policies.
 
You will be working with the Tender Services Team who are a group of driven & people-oriented individuals who are very passionate about the roles they play in the wider business. What You'll Bring

2+ years administrative support experience preferably in a professional services firmKnowledge of and experience in the Middle East business culture, and/or BCG business practicesStrong verbal communication skills; fluency in English, Arabic is highly preferred Advanced level computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookAbility to perform successfully in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and responsiveness to requests Organization skills: ability to handle competing priorities effectivelyResourcefulness, solution-oriented attitude, and high attention to detailAbility to respect all BCG information as personal and confidential

Who You'll Work With

You'll be working within high performing team members across different sub-teams under the Tender Services function and will be reporting into our Tender Services Manager. The Tender Services Team, namely the Leads Team (ME Proposals) is very collaborative and enjoys learning and mentoring each other. Your manager will be a great resource for support and troubleshooting and will provide developmental guidance and support as your grow your career at BCG.

This is a temporary position with a fixed-term employment duration of six months.The working schedule for this role follows the workweek, from Sunday to Thursday.
