CACI is seeking a skilled Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) Administrator to join our team supporting the U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM). This role is responsible for assisting in the implementation and management of MECM infrastructure and services, ensuring optimal performance and security of endpoint systems across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting the MECM infrastructure and help implement MECM policies, procedures, and best practices  

Manage software distribution, patch management, and operating system deployment using MECM  

Configure and maintain MECM site systems, boundaries, and client settings  

Implement and manage endpoint security features within MECM  

Troubleshoot MECM issues and escalate complex problems when necessary  

Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate MECM with existing infrastructure and security tools  

Contribute to documentation for MECM processes and configurations  

Monitor MECM performance, compliance, and security metrics  

Participate in MECM-related projects to improve endpoint management capabilities  

Assist in providing basic training to end-users on MECM-related processes 

Required Qualifications:  

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field  

3-5 years of experience in IT systems administration, with at least 2 years focused on MECM/SCCM  

Secret Clearance 

Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Configuration Manager Current Branch certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)  

Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy  

Understanding of endpoint security principles and best practices  

Strong problem-solving and communication skills  

Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple priorities 

Preferred Qualifications:  

Experience working in DoD or Federal government environments  

Familiarity with ITIL practices and change management processes  

Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation tasks

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$56,000-$117,500
