As an MI (Molecular Imaging) Technical Content Creator specializing in mainly in PET (Positron Emission Tomography) but also in SPECT (Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography), your role is central to driving knowledge transfer and technical excellence across Siemens Healthineers’ global ecosystem. This hybrid position blends clinical insight, instructional design, and strategic communication to empower internal and external stakeholders through high-impact educational content.
You are responsible for:
Focusing on creating technical training content for MI PET and SPECT systems for Customer Service Engineers (CSEs) and customers.
You are willing to familiarize yourself with course modules from the entire MI product portfolio
Furthering development of the course content by working closely together with the responsible MI SO department, other relevant stakeholders within the MI Business Line and the global CS organization.
Developing content that will mainly focus on the creation of online training programs, interactive broadcasts and classroom trainings
Creating of virtual-reality (VR) trainings as well as reviewing and commenting on documents and procedures from the BL will be a major part of this role.
Teaching or shadowing dedicated trainings in one of the training centers to make sure the created content works well
Collaborating with regional technical support groups, align with the technical experts from the BL and share / publish knowledge as needed
This position can work from the following locations: Hoffman Estates, USA / Knoxville, USA / Cary, USA / Erlangen, Germany or remote.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor or masters degree in electrical engineering or medical technology
Having 4+ years of professional experience either in using, teaching or servicing MI products
Knowledge of the workflows in oncology, cardiology or neurology is advantageous
Having in-dept knowledge of MI technology as well as the physical fundamentals that MI uses for imaging
Practical experience with various CT scanners and the Syngo platform
Being keen to incorporate the latest visualization tools such as VR glasses, cameras and tablets into your training development, and take an open-minded approach to new technical and didactic challenges

The base pay range for this position is
Min $77,400 - Max $116,100Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
