\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\nEnsure that the safety, security and quality standards as defined for DHL and the customer are maintained and managed through consequence on a daily basis;\n\n\nManaged the team to report timely any near misses, incidents, unsafe conditions & behavior and provide OPR and RCA as per guidelines\n\n\nReview and finalized the RCA ( Root Cause Analysis) on Safety incidents\n\n\nEnsure to conduct BBS conversation & GEMBA daily as per schedule area\n\n\nManaged Over-all MHE and Facility KPI's (MHE Availability, Facility Defects, Preventive Maintenance)\n\n\nEnsure that the MHEs and other Resources (Devicies) are enough to support the operations requirement and escalate to managed any potential risk and help needed.\n\n\nManaged to close all pending and open action items related to Safety, Quality, Operational issues related the MHE and Facility services.\n\n\nSupport OE-QA and Safety Programs\n\n\nCoach the Supervisor team to deliver the holistic set of objectives of the Operations/Technical Team directly linked to the 3 bottom lines, customer SLA’s and any other mandatory considerations\n\n\nLead smooth execution of operational priorities towards achievement of business goals\n\n\nCoordinates with DHL Operations LTs and P&G Counter part the daily operations game plan, focus areas, prioritization and help needed on any issues encounter.\n\n\nEnsure all agreed contructual KPI are achieved with daily review on the KPI status and gaps need to be address immediately\n\n\nAlign and discuss the business directions to the team and coach and develop the LTs to meet the bussiness goals\n\n\nEnsure OMS Roles & Responsibilities are signed off by every leader and stored in the operation\n\n\nCommunicate Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your team (Second Line Leadership)\n\n\nSupport the definition of OMS Roles & Responsibilities ramp-up, adjusting the implementation stages to your work environment and starting point\n\n\nSchedule and facilitate PD and meeting with the team to further improve operations, fix gaps/ issues etc.\n\n\nAttends and participate Customers schedule meeting such as Operations/MHE and Facility meeting, KPI review and others (MHE/Facility vendor meeting)\n\n\nRequirements\n Graduate of any 4 yrs course related to Supply Chain Logistics\nWe atleast 1-2 years Supply Chaing - logistics experience\nExpertise on MHE and Facility related skills is an edge\nGood in Leadership skills / people management\nGood in reports analysis\nGood in communications skills a\n
