To assist hotel promotion and spa & fitness. Implements and maintains a service philosophy which is as specified by The Ritz-Carlton. Member Club Manager will supervise member lounge operation and attendants, to be in charge of the Members lounge when the manager is off duty. To deliver excellence in quality spa & fitness services to guests/visitors/members in a timely, courteous and efficient manner. Escorts guests to and from treatment rooms, attending to any immediate needs throughout spa & fitness visit. Assists in providing information to any inquiries and helps to coordinate all guest requests for services. To drive and lead the members event preferably every month and ensure the members needs and wants fullied. To drive and lead the operational and financial direction of the spa & fitness ensuring complete viability of the spa, maximising all opportunities and resources. To ensure that the highest standards are adhered to, and that guest experience exceeds expectation. To work closely with Director of Spa & Fitness in establishing and maintaining marketing objectives, operating criteria, programming, budgeting, VIP guest visits, staff relations and training. _Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
