They perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. They gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. The Financial Planning & Analysis Teams also perform economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements. TE Connectivity’s Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control. They provide integral support including accurate and timely business decision support through financial analysis, detailed reporting and modeling, internal forecasting, and strategic planning. The Manager FP&A is a highly visible role reporting to the Director FP&A responsible for driving improved financial forecasting and operational performance. This role partners with business and functional management teams to develop robust analytics and reporting processes to ensure efficient and accurate financial consolidation, analysis and reporting of global results.
