The Footprint Project Supply Chain Management manager is responsible Supply chain activities in Foot print project,  ensure Migration project Supply Chain Strategy is in line with BU SC requirement in term of customer offer , Delivery performance, Logits cost /flow optimization, inventory optimization. The role requires strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and supply chain design and optimization experience.
Responsibilities :
1.    Network Strategy & Footprint Optimization:
- Analyze current supply chain footprint (facilities, suppliers, logistics partners) to identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.  
- Develop and evaluate scenarios for network optimization (e.g., nearshoring, consolidation, hub-and-spoke models).  
- Conduct "make vs. buy" and total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses for footprint decisions.  

2. Project Management & Implementation:
- Lead end-to-end footprint projects, including site selection, capacity planning, and transition management.  
- Collaborate with Real Estate, Finance, and Operations teams to assess feasibility (cost, lead time, risk).  
- Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication for footprint changes.  

3. Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize supply chain modeling tools (e.g., Llamasoft, AnyLogistix, SAP IBP) to simulate footprint scenarios.  
- Assess trade-offs between cost, service, resilience, and sustainability (e.g., carbon footprint reduction).  
- Present data-backed recommendations to senior leadership.  

4. Risk Management & Sustainability:
- Evaluate risks (geopolitical, tariffs, disruptions) and build contingency plans.  
- Incorporate sustainability goals (e.g., reducing transportation emissions, green warehouses) into footprint strategy.  

5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with Procurement, Logistics, and Sales teams to align footprint changes with business needs.  
- Coordinate with external partners (3PLs, suppliers, consultants) for seamless transitions.  
 

What your background should look like:

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred.  
- Experience:5+ years in supply chain network design, footprint optimization, or strategic sourcing.  
- Skills:
 - Proficiency in network optimization tools (e.g., Llamasoft, ArcGIS) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).  
 - Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power BI, Python/R for data modeling).  
 - Project management (PMP/Agile certifications a plus).  
- Mindset: Strategic thinker, problem-solver, and able to balance short-term costs with long-term goals. 
-    Excellent oral and written communication skills,
-    Ability to prioritize very well and maintain appropriate balance in a fast-paced, heavy-workload environment
-    Language skills: Excellent English (verbal / written) 
-    Ability to influence and convince (Strategic), Proven strategic and operational thinking skills

Performance Metrics:
- Buffer stock Inventory DOH/ Aging & obsolescence. 
- Improvement on customer offer ( MOQ, LT, )
- Improvement on Service level.
- Sustainability impact (e.g., carbon footprint reduction).
