MEGA GROWERS TECHINICAL SALES MANAGER

Targets field activities to key Customer to direct sales "Mega Growers" to build relationships and drive sales. Develops and provides agronomic and product education and training to the field sales force supporting the sales and service of products. Partners to plan and conduct agronomy field trials improving the product management and/or product positioning. Partners with the extended sales team to create and deliver product and digital services information improving the productivity and profitability of Corteva customers. Serves as primary agronomic resource to resolve difficult customer concerns. Provides technical expertise to sales representatives and customers during the sales process. Resolves technical product/service issues. Assists customers during the sales process to maximize the benefits derived from the organization's products and/or services. Identifies and contributes to developing business opportunities for new products and technologies. May provide mentorship or leadership to other agronomy/sales employees or teams.

Requirements: Experience in Soybean, Corn, Cotton and Sorghum crops. Knowledge of the Region. Experience in Crop, Seeds and Organic platforms. Minimum 5 years' experience in Technical Assistance for Large Clients. Experience in Team Management. Strong interpersonal skills.
