**Job Title: Medical Sales Team Leader** **Location:** Kenya **Job Type:** Contract Opportunity **Job Summary:** We are seeking a proactive and success-driven Medical Sales Team Leader to oversee our client’s medical sales team in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of medical and health products, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves setting sales targets, developing strategies, and mentoring team members to achieve organizational goals. **Key Responsibilities:** **Leadership & Management:** + Lead and motivate a team of medical sales representatives to achieve sales targets. + Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. + Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture. **Sales Strategy Development:** + Achieve Sales Target as per business requirement and negotiate the order to meet demand. + Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue. + Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth which will have a positive effect on the region and the company. + Set individual and team sales targets and monitor progress. **Training & Development:** + Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement. + Organize training sessions to enhance team skills. **Client Relationship Management:** + Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and healthcare professionals. + Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Reporting & Analysis: + Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. + Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and performance metrics. **Qualifications:** + Education: Bachelor’s degree in science preferably in a medical, paramedical, or FMCG-related field. + Experience: Minimum of 5 years in medical sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. **Skills:** + Strong understanding of medical products and the healthcare industry. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. + Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. + Territory & Customer management skills. + In-depth Product Knowledge. + Business insight, including pricing strategies and margin evaluation. **\#LI-DNP #LI-DNI #LI-CES** IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
