Position

As a Medical Excellence Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will execute the medical excellence strategy, driving strategic and organizational alignment across the medical affairs landscape. You will be responsible to create, track, and report on progress of KPIs, including Medical & Scientific Affairs monthly dashboard performance reviews. You will also ensure relevant KOL mapping is performed, results analysed, communicated, and integrated into actionable plans and databases. You will be playing a pivotal role in enhancing our operational frameworks and driving measurable outcomes in medical affairs. Your expertise will guide our initiatives and support our strategic goals.

Your key responsibilities will be to

Ensure operational excellence in the HCPs engagement process, KPI follow-up, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage the implementation and follow-up of Medical & Scientific Affairs projects and internal reporting. Oversee investigator-initiated study contracts, ensure effective management, and facilitate activities related to data management and publication processes with KOLs. Analyse and benchmark data to enable strategic planning for mid-term and long-term success, supporting entry into new therapy areas. Provide specific support to Medical Affairs teams to ensure high-level planning and execution of Medical Education, Scientific Dialogue, and KOL engagement processes.
 

Qualifications:

You hold a university degree in Medicine within minimum of 5 years of cross-functional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Medical Affairs, Medical Excellence, and/or Regulatory/Market Access. Your sought after skills are

At least 2 years of project management experience with a proven record of success. Expertise in business process improvement with in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including international and local regulations. Strong ability to influence others and drive collaboration and alignment across diverse teams. Advanced proficiency in English.
