Media Activation Manager (Limited - fixed salary)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the activation of global paid media programs for a designated Solution Area, ensuring continual optimization across both SAP and agency teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for media agency collaboration, particularly regarding campaign activation and optimization. Coordinate and deliver all necessary assets to the agency—campaign materials, content, target account lists (TAL), etc.—to enable timely campaign launches. Develop and deliver performance reports to key stakeholders. Manage and implement updates to paid media plans in partnership with the media agency. Develop and execute testing strategies, including format tests, A/B testing of ad copy, and pilot initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, gathering essential inputs for effective campaign execution. Champion consistency and standardization by collaborating with global stakeholders and channel experts. Lead the implementation of new processes and standardized workflows to improve operational efficiency.

 

Your Profile:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing across multiple tactics (with a strong focus on paid media), including at least 1 year in marketing execution. Agency Collaboration: Proven experience working within or closely with media/advertising agencies. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the high-tech sector and a strong understanding of SAP’s target audience. Customer Journey Design: Experience in creating integrated, always-on, cross-channel customer journeys. Mindset: Data-driven, digital-first thinker with a proactive approach. Expertise: Strong analytical skills in paid media performance and solid project management capabilities. Advisory Skills: Ability to act as a consultant to stakeholders on digital strategies and programs. Collaboration: Excellent organizational skills and a strong team player mindset. Innovation: Passion for exploring new trends, tools, and pilot programs. Attitude: Positive, hands-on, and solution-oriented. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
