Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Must have experience or education with the following: 3D printed plastic parts; 3D solids based MCAD system, including CREO;  Finite element analysis (FEA) for part and system analysis; and, Structural analysis (both static and dynamic) and topology optimization.

Support the design and development of system packaging for Telco products, including parts designed for the following processes: sheet metal, machined metal, injection molded plastic, metal diecast, and extrusions. Consult with internal cross-functional units for definition and design of product requirements.  Define, direct and participate in the design verification testing of new products.  Initiate informal reviews of ideas and technical objectives.  Interface cross-functionally with H/W, Procurement, and Operations.  Accountable for quality and accuracy of own output. Contribute to team.  Carry out tasks/activities according to assignment and set guidelines.  Demonstrate initiative and adaptability to changing business environments. #LI-DNI
