Opportunity:
The Master Scheduler will work as a member of the Value Performance Management Center of Excellence. Working as the Integrated Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Microsoft Project (MSP) resource-loaded schedules that integrates with our EIA-748 compliant Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
Responsibilities:
Developing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) by working with technical team leads to determine their critical tasks, identify contractual milestones, and associate interdependencies across the programCreate, monitor, and analyze project schedules in accordance with EIA-748 guidelinesLoad program resources into the IMS and maintain budget and forecast of resources in the IMS.Conduct and facilitate weekly IMS reviews with program team.Prepare project and program status reports based on current and forecast schedules; implement and maintain schedule change control.Track, analyze, and report information appropriately to allow the project teams to manage their projects and evaluate weekly reportsTrack baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plansPrepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for control and integrityMonitor projects’ progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to dateProcess monthly schedule performance data for internal and external reportingPrepare trend analysis to identify problem areas and submit recommendations for corrective actions.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, mathematics, operations research, statistics or business or equivalent experience.A minimum of 5 years of PMO or Scheduling experience.IMS creation and scheduling experienceFamiliarity with determining the Critical Path and performing Schedule status updates, Schedule Risk AssessmentsProficiency in other office products (Project, Primavera, Open Plan, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Visio and SharePoint)Sound knowledge of schedule systems, principles and practices required.Must be able to build and maintain accurate and up-to-date complex Government Contract schedules.Experience managing multiple projects and pulling together multiple schedules into a master schedule and/or interfacing with other teams managing different schedules.Experience with re-sequencing of the IMS based upon Government Option Periods and changes.Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.Familiarity with DoD Contracting environmentExperience on large-scale development projectsFamiliarity with methods for integrating subcontractors into the IMSMust have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.Must be detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and have a high-level attention to detail.Desired:

The proposed salary range for this position is:
