Job Description
The incumbent will provide input to the strategic direction and drive the growth of digital adoption and digital marketing efforts. They are responsible for driving digital marketing activities and executing our OMiX GRiD (Rewards, Smart Goals and Digital) marketing strategy.This role is pivotal in driving effective collaboration with a variety of business leaders, technology leaders, product managers, data analytics, group and segment marketing and other key stakeholders focusing on digital adoption and go-to-market strategies to drive growth and usage.
The role leads multidisciplinary teams with members in platforms, marketing, communication and change management. The role exists to help the OMiX GRiD team deliver the right digital solutions and ensure customers fully utilize these solutions.
Through thorough analysis and investigation, together with the relevant Product Owners, identify where users are struggling with the adoption of new technologies and come up with solutions to address user concerns for the Rewards, Smart Goals and Digital portfolios.Together with the Channel & Digital Platform team, the Digital Marketing Manager will use data points to inform prioritised features in line with customer demands and needs.Responsible for creating a culture rooted in data to enable decisioning and successfully attribute return on investment to Digital Adoption initiatives and activities.Set and achieve KPIs such that you can analyze set metrics to monitor digital adoption health to better understand why initiatives are working, identifying weak points and areas of improvement.Create, lead, deliver go-to-market (marketing & communication) strategy for digital solutions and/or features, functionality as and when the features and functionality lands for the Old Mutual app and web, as well as for the Old Mutual Rewards and Smart Goals propositions.Lead the digital adoption change management approach which includes: a. Developing an adoption roadmap with clear milestones, deadlines, and goal b. Communicating with relevant stakeholders and coordinating with other parties throughout the organization c. Managing risk d. Cultivating support e. Drive education & awareness for servicing ecosystem, particularly for our advisors, call centre teams and branch teams f. Working cross functionally with Group Marketing to achieve business objectivesDrive digital adoption reporting with data analytics. Reports to be at standard that they can be utilised in different forums including:a. OMiX GRiD MANCO

Execute the marketing strategy according to objectives and budget.Prepare detailed proposals and digital marketing plans for Rewards and Smart Goals campaigns.Monitor the digital campaigns and analyse results for continuous improvement of campaignsSkills
