The Marketing Project Manager will oversee the successful execution of marketing campaigns and segment research initiatives by managing projects, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration. This role involves coordinating campaign planning with the Campaign Manager and BU teams, while also supporting the Campaign Team to ensure seamless alignment, timely delivery, and measurable impact.
Additionally, this role will assist the Segment Research team by managing project workflows, ensuring efficient tracking of research deliverables, and facilitating stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented project manager with strong organizational skills, experience in managing multiple initiatives, and the ability to streamline both campaign and research workflows to optimize execution processes.
• Campaign Project Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and segment research projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables align with business objectives.
• Facilitate Request Submission: Facilitate request submissions to various teams via intake forms in Asana.
• Workflow Optimization: Develop and refine project workflows, templates, and document best practices to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
• Project Tracking & Reporting: Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tool Asana and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Process Development: Establish and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials for campaign planning and execution.
• Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks or challenges in campaign execution and research projects and proactively address them to maintain project momentum.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics by coordinating with TS campaign manager related to campaign planning and execution, ensuring accountability for deadlines, budget, and expected outcomes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular meetings and updates with BU stakeholders to ensure transparency on campaign and research project progress and challenges.
• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or campaign-driven environment.
• Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar platforms. Experience in understanding of campaign workflows will be an added advantage.
• Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and resolve roadblocks effectively.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across global teams and stakeholders.
• Process Improvement Mindset: Experience in optimizing workflows and implementing best practices for campaign execution.
• Analytical & Data-Driven Approach: Ability to track and interpret project performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Agile & Flexible: Comfortable working in a matrixed organization, evolving environment, and managing change effectively
