**The Opportunity**
This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we are focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.
As a key member of our US Marketing Operations team, the Marketing Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and operational efficiency within our US Marketing function. This role will support in the management of a PRC/MLR process in medical devices or a similar category, coupled with an ability to lead/influence stakeholders and partners toward adopting new systems, tools and processes that will reinforce compliance while increasing efficiency.
**What You’ll Work On**
+ Collaborate with Marketing or agencies to prepare and submit materials for MLR review and approval.
+ Lead the management of the MLR submission list, collaborating with marketing and MLR resources to ensure assets move quickly through the process.
+ Track timely approval of promotional materials for efficient MLR review.
+ Identify and resolve issues to ensure reviews are efficiently completed throughout the stages of the approval process.
+ Advise teams on how to adhere to the MLR review process for promotional content.
+ Coordinate training for Agencies, Marketers, and Reviewers. This includes but is not limited to defining the training and communication plan, calendar management, distributing training materials and sending out surveys.
+ Prepare and present project progress reports to keep management and team informed.
+ Maintain attention to detail and prioritize multiple tasks, taking a proactive approach and positive attitude.
+ Speak with confidence about the MLR process.
+ Identify opportunities for process optimization.
+ Learn and master MLR processes, rules, and regulations.
+ Serve as subject matter expert for the US Commercial teams to help create and submit promotional materials.
+ Establish partnerships across Marketing, Regulatory, Reimbursement and Clinical to enable optimal commercial compliance adherence.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelors degree plus 2 years of experience
+ Experience with healthcare and/or biotech industries
+ Experience in sales operations, marketing operations or compliance operations
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience with marketing technology and familiarity with the MLR review process (e.g., Veeva PromoMats, Adobe AEM/Workfront) is a plus.
+ Proven ability manage projects
+ Ability to learn and stay up to date on regulatory guidelines governing the promotional content creation, production, and distribution processes.

The base pay for this position is $79,500.00 – $138,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
