Role Overview:

Market Expansion & Brand Development
Responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies to expand the companys presence in the Saudi Arabian market. Achieve commercial targets for product lines while expanding market share in the region. Analyze market trends and competitive activities to identify new opportunities and adapt marketing efforts accordingly.Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead the marketing team of product managers for company's prescription generics, ensuring alignment with regional goals and optimal resource allocation. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to execute integrated marketing plans.P&L Management & Budget Allocation
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring funds are allocated to high-impact initiatives. Regularly track marketing spend and return on investment (ROI), ensuring cost-effective execution.Customer & Stakeholder Relations
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers. Represent the brand at key industry events and forums to enhance visibility and market presence. Drive brand-building initiatives across multiple channels to enhance recognition and customer loyalty.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Science, Medicine, or Veterinary Medicine. Advanced degree in business, marketing, or a relevant fieldExperience:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 5 years in a marketing management role in prescription generics across Saudi Arabia. Strong understanding of the Saudi market dynamics, including local consumer preferences and trends. Analytical mindset with the ability to measure marketing effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.Skills:
