Job Summary:
•As Hub BU Marketing Manager for the Product Line Standard, you will be responsible for successfully growing the business of Standard Line in China, ensuring a great support to PT/SCN sales team and help the organization to address a growing market.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute comprehensive retail marketing strategies to drive store traffic and sales
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling promotions, displays, and campaigns
•Conduct market research to understand user behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscape
•Plan and implement product launches, ensuring effective communication and promotion, create and ensure the product sales planning and forecast.
•Analyze sales data and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign performance
•Collaborate with sales teams to ensure product profitability and enhance the overall user experience
•Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
•Stay informed about retail industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.

职位要求

•Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
•3-5 yrs experience in marketing, ideally in Power Tools/hardware industry with high affinity to Offline Marketing.
•Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
•Knowledge of Offline Marketing best-practices and sales mechanics
•Eager to learn about products and take ownership.
•Knowledge and experience with the power tools industry is a plus
