Job Description:

Brand manager plays a leading role in key business processes, proactively participates in business conversations with Management team members.

What are we looking for?University Degree, preferably in Business/Marketing/Brand ManagementSolid experience in brand marketing in international FMCG companies (minimum 4 years) Experience in Brand Manager role more than 5 yearsExcellent project management skillsGood analytical, presentation and communication skills Ability to manage several different and complex projects at the same time Fluent 

What will be your key responsibilities?Identify growth sources and create the brand strategy for next 5 yearsLead annual marketing plan Build brand innovation pipeline (product & packaging innovations)Develop activation strategies, communication and promotion plan, pricing strategy, new product launches and distribution prioritiesPrepare sales forecasts and marketing budgets, monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts, and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of productsMonitor, analyze, and evaluate domestic and international market trends, client behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products
