Job Description

• Assist to general Automotive Aftermarket team in executing all marketing activities such as marketing visit, marketing campaign and marketing events
• Handle marketing system (SAP and IPT)
• Help to set special price, free of charge request and rebooking order.
• Manage ticket approval, invoice and booking as Travel coordinator.
• Support in digitalization and automation initiative project in marketing department

QualificationsPursuing Bachelor Degree of Any Major, preferably Marketing, Business Administration, Management and Industrial Engineering.Able to use any design software (Canva, Adobe package, Inkscape, etc)Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Keen to learn and proactive. Demonstrate leadership skill, communication and problem solving skills.Able to handle multitasking work, pro-active, fast learner, quick responseHave passion in digitalization and process automation
