DescriptionThe overall scope of the Marketing Executive is to assist the Director of Sales & Marketing to position and promote Kempinski Hotel Barbaros Bay, Bodrum and its outlets as the market leader through Marketing activities as well as to ensure compliance with Kempinski.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe job of Marketing Executive is executed satisfactorily when:\nProvide administrative/secretarial support for the marketing office.\nCoordinate and arrange appointments and schedules.\nMaintain filing system.\nHandle phone calls.\nHandle daily correspondence/financial documents such as purchase order, expenses claims, etc. \nHandle all agencies/vendors invoices and act as point of contact for billing matters.\nAssist Director of Sales & Marketing in creating and implementing all Marketing activities, including but not limited to:\nCreation and print of collateral\nPromotions and packages\nMarket analysis\nPhoto-shootings \nMaintain hotel listings in online and offline media.\nHandle site inspection.\nPlan, coordinate and implement direct marketing, both on- and offline.\nMaintain guest database for mailings.\nLiaise with F&B department to promote F&B outlets.\nAssist in the creation of the media and marketing plan.\nConduct competition checks and benchmarking on a regular basis.\nCreate office presentations.\n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nBachelor Degree in Hospitality or in Marketing or Apprenticeship in Hospitality\n1-2 years experience in a similar position in hospitality industry\nEnglish – excellent oral and written skills\nAdditional language - beneficial\nKnowledge of marketing basics and technical terms\nKnowledge of graphic and print technical terms\nCopywriting skills\nExcellent skills in Microsoft office\nCreative softwares such as Photoshop, InDesign etc. is a plus\n\n
