The Marketing Database and Lead Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective handling of marketing leads and managing projects related to lead generation, qualification, enrichment, and conversion. Thus, ensuring marketing leads are processed correctly, converted to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and ultimately added to the sales funnel to drive revenue

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing Operations, is part of the Digital Marketing team and will be fully remote, based in India. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Ensure the effective handling and timely processing of marketing leads globally, following standardized procedures for lead collection, handling, and conversion.Collaborate with the marketing team to implement lead generation strategies and optimize lead enrichment and conversion processes, to meet desired conversion rates and revenue growth.Define and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lead and account collecting and handling to ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations, including GDPR.Maintain and improve customer database hygiene to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Work with data teams to optimize CRM workflows and data management practices, ensuring seamless automation, integration, and data capture.

The essential requirements of the job include

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, commercial digital, or related field required.5+ years lead management, customer data governance, with experience of lead handling, data integrity, and lead management optimization.Demonstrated ability to create and document processes and SOPs, and train key stakeholders.Strong understanding of data privacy regulations, including GDPR.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Working with MSCRM Dynamics and marketing automation tools.Strong process orientation, problem solving skills, and a firm commitment to quality.
