DescriptionAssist the Marketing Manager or Director of Sales & Marketing to position and promote Villa Rosa Kempinski hotel and its outlets as the market leader through Marketing activities as well as to ensure compliance with the Kempinski brand.

Key Responsibilities\nProvide administrative support for the marketing office.\nCoordinate and arrange appointments and schedules.\nMaintain filing system.\nHandle phone calls.\nHandle daily correspondence/financial documents such as purchase order, expenses claims, etc. \nHandle all agencies/vendors invoices and act as point of contact for billing matters.\nAssist Marketing Manager (or Director of Sales & Marketing) in creating and implementing all Marketing activities, including but not limited to: Creation and print of collateral, promotions & packages, advertising, Market analysis, coordinating shoots by external parties, content shooting, editing and posting and social Media calendar \nMaintain hotel listings in online and offline media.\nHandle site inspection.\nPlan, coordinate and implement direct marketing, both on- and offline.\nMaintain guest database for mailings.\nLiaise with F&B department to promote F&B outlets.\nAssist in the creation of the media and marketing plan.\nConduct competition checks and benchmarking on a regular basis.\nCreate office presentations.\nCreate, coordinate and maintain giveaways and collateral.\nUpload and maintain picture storage and distribution systems (Picture Park).\nProvide content and images for websites according to CI.\nEnsure content and photography of 3rd party websites is maintained. \nEnsure compliance with Corporate Identity guidelines\nMaintain updates of corporate marketing guidelines and inform colleagues.\nAttend marketing relevant meetings.\nPlay support role in developing hotel Marketing budget and update budget figure periodically.\nCommunicate and coordinate with internal departments, especially sales, Public Relations and web as well as creative agencies and suppliers.\nStay updated with the latest developments in the hotel including all activities, promotions, rates of the hotel.\n

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nBachelor’s degree in hospitality or in Communication & Marketing.\nMinimum 6 months internship in a (hotel) marketing department\nEnglish – excellent oral and written skills\nKnowledge of Marketing basics \nKnowledge of graphic and print technical terms\nExcellent skills in Microsoft office\nKnowledge of creative programmes such as photo-shop, indesign etc is a plus\n
