Marketing Communications Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join the opening team at Hyatt Place Tallinn.

As Hyatt’s first property in this exciting market, the hotel plays a key role in expanding the brand’s presence and growth in the region.

Your Role

As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the hotel's marketing communications strategy. This includes managing advertising, promotions, public relations, e-commerce, social media, and collateral materials to support the hotel's overall vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Budget Management:Develop and implement the hotel’s marketing communications strategy.Collaborate with Sales Revenue Management to identify trends and opportunities.Monitor marketing expenses to optimize budget across advertising and digital efforts.Marketing:Ensure consistent branding across all guest touchpoints.Optimize the hotel's digital presence on Hyatt platforms and third-party sites.Activate targeted digital campaigns to drive awareness and bookings.Oversee creation of promotional materials and manage social media content.Identify local influencers and partnerships to boost brand awareness.Monitor competitor marketing efforts and guest feedback.Public Relations:Enhance hotel visibility through strategic PR efforts and community engagement.Maintain press relationships and generate media coverage highlighting hotel offerings.
