ResponsibilitiesMarketing campaigns
\n\nChampion customer centric, insight driven, digitally enabled marketing\nThe design and delivery of local marketing campaigns; working with stakeholders to define the brief, measurable marketing objectives, plans and deliverables\nWork in virtual teams of regional and local marketers and comms professionals for delivery\nWork with regional and cross business unit marketers to leverage assets and align messaging\nTrack progress against plan, budget and provide regular reports to key stakeholders\nManage local marketing budget\n\nBrand and content creation
\n\nEducate colleagues on the global brand guidelines and processes \nWork with global content team and outsourced partners to ensure our content, assets and messages deliver against individual campaign briefs, as well as support global messaging requirements\nCreate and update customer-facing content on iPresent (global asset repository)\nWork with local and regional subject matter experts for thought leadership content to position DHL in media, industry publications, social and more\n\nSales partnership
\n\nPromote the use of tools, resources and processes to support growth team efficiency\nSupport customer satisfaction, retention and account growth through joint marketing initiatives \nWork with customer's marketing teams on co-branded press releases and marketing efforts\n\nEvents and Communications
\n\nOversee our involvement in industry events and DHL customer events – from assessing suitability of event, target audience, creating thought-leadership content to leads management\nWork with DHL Group corporate communications team to build profiles of key stakeholders in media\nProvide functional teams with guidance on key regional customer communications\n\nCustomer Satisfaction & Retention
\n\nSupport customer satisfaction, retention and account growth through joint marketing activities\nEstablish relationships with our customer's marketing and communications teams to uncover and execute opportunities for joint promotion\n\nInternal Communications
\n\nDrive a common communication agenda in line with DHL Supply Chain strategy\nEngage and coordinate with stakeholders to plan communication topics\nDraft media reactive statements and work with the DHL Group Corporate Communications Team on publishing and media-related requests\nProvide photography and videography services as and when required\nMaintain the digital communication platform Smart Connect\nRequirementsTo be successful in this position, we're looking for candidates with below qualifications:
\n\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations or related field\nMinimum 5 years' experience of developing and delivering omni-channel marketing campaigns\nTransportation and logistics industry or sector background will be a plus\nStrong project management, organization and time management skills\nExcellent communication skills and extensive knowledge of Microsoft office applications\nProven event management experience\nAbility to influence and negotiate at senior levels internally and externally\nEstablishes clear, challenging and achievable objectives\nAligns resources and the organization within own area of responsibility to achieve objectives\nRegularly reviews and communicates progress against objectives and adjusts as needed\nChampions continuous improvement and innovation\n\n\n
