Job Description

Our Client Marketing Analyst for Issuers & Fintechs will be focused on developing, executing, and measuring different marketing strategies and plans with some of the most important issuers and fintechs in Mexico, including Top retailers, Market places, Airlines, Fintechs, governments, and other industry leading companies. The Client Marketing Analyst will be in charge of creating strong annual strategies and key initiatives for Mexico´s cobranded cards, merchants, acquirers, payment facilitators and mass transit transportation systems. The role will be the main marketing partner and contact of several top clients in the market and will walk together with them in every stage of their products lifecycle in order to achieve client´s and Visa´s annual objectives.

The main objective of the position is the generation of accelerated revenue growth of Visa´s business in partnership with Visa´s Key clients. The position is also responsible for making every transaction a Visa transaction by developing and implementing marketing plans to support the Visa Mexico business goals.

Maintaining Brand leadership is key, via the generation of breakthrough Marketing

Strategies and plans.

Job Scope:

Reports to Client Marketing Director

Highly strategic position

Client facing role

Cobranded cards program management and revenue generation through marketing services.

Drive card activation, usage and spend in Key Merchants.

The Merchant activation of the Visa portfolios is key to Visa Mexico given its incremental revenue potential and the strategic role of creating differentiation with Merchants against the competition.

It is key to develop, implement and measure custom made marketing programs for Key Merchants.

Addressing the Merchant Marketing opportunities and challenges will be required.

Budget management

The Merchant Marketing Manager is expected to provide analytical support and execution discipline in order to generate incremental business with Merchants.

Co-manage the Merchant Marketing projects and activities.

Work with local, regional and global teams

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
-7+ years of business experience, with the majority in marketing roles that
involved strategy and planning as well as implementation, across multiple
marketing disciplines

Preferred Qualifications
-Track record of developing marketing strategies based on business objectives
and executing marketing programs that delivered measurable business results
-Experience in creating annual strategies, managing agencies, doing marketing
research, offline & digital campaigns.
-Desirable previous know how on managing Top clients: Retailers, fintech or
market places
-Fluency in English and Spanish
