Job Summary

This role reports into the Integrated Planning Manager – Beauty & Wellbeing, working with a team of Demand and Supply planners you are responsible to:

Owns the overall volume forecast & Accountable for delivering an aligned, unbiased & accurate volume forecast.Story telling - Understand 100% and explain to senior management the composition/assumptions of the volume forecast.Bring together stakeholders' groups to orchestrate trade of decisions to drive business performance. Partner with offshore Planning team in reviewing Forecast Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and closing gaps.Innovation – Drive robust business case development. Track & Communicate BC evolution & performance to support inventory and Business waste optimization.Leads the Collaboration with Cross Functional teams to deliver the input-led volume forecast in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).  Drive Plan-by-exception as a rule within the S&OP utilizing full benefits of technology.Monitor adherence to forecast inputs and key metrics & drive the improvement agenda.Lead customer collaboration sessions weekly.Collaborate to address product availability constraints, crisis management and gap management.Support portfolio management and segmentation.

Does this sound like you?

University Degree, Supply Chain (APICS etc) qualification is an advantage.Essential Skills: Strong experience in Supply Chain, Digital Analytic Tools such as, PowerBi, Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry, Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and finished good planning systems such as Kinaxis, ACTPM would be an advantage.S&OP and business environment understanding, Exception based planning.Collaboration & Stakeholder management.Effective communication and story telling.3-5 years’ experience.Ability to perform in time sensitive environment.Good understanding on KPIs: Dispatch Rate/DIFOT, Forecast Accuracy (FA), Forecast Bias (FB), Extreme Bias, Volume-Value disconnect, Inventory (DOH/Value) and Business waste.
